This observation explains in detail about the role of public relations practitioner in managing the organizational culture in one of mass media industries located in Jakarta. Concept frame is used to strengthen the roles of public relation in organization such as communication managerial, communicable technician, communicable facilitator, and media relations role. Method which is used is study case, by data collecting technique in depth interview and questioner. The observation result shows that the public relation;s roles are stay more focus in communicable facilitator and communicable technician, That situation happens because the role and function of public relations are more focus in external relationship.
