To test these variables, the authors used data all listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the list of ratings of CGPI provided by IICG for the years 2005 to 2009 and using 26 samples of the company. The sampling method using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique, e.g the determination of the sample based on certain criteria in accordance with desired by the author. The dependent variable in this study is the average stock price during the study period, calculated the average of the lowest stock price and the highest stock price of each month. The results indicates that GCG has a positive effect on stock price. The results also indicate that the audit opinion has a positive effect too on stock prices. Nevertheless the authors recognize that this study has the problem of limited data, because public companies whose willing to participate in the survey CGPI and pass the selection is very limited. Based from these limitation it is necessary to explore other data sources that implemented research and rating of the GCG implementation in companies in Indonesia, to provide higher quality data.
