Abstract
Human Resources Department has an important role within a company. Organization were perceived as a tool in order to achieve company’s vision and mission and grant a further information of someone’s status within in an organization. Therefore it includes an information about a relationship, position, and the work scope between a worker and a company. One of the ways to improve the level of job satisfaction in a company is to focus on their organizational culture and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment explains the psychology relationship among all workers toward a company, the ability to work hard and how to preserve their existence in the company. Organizational changes through the all system variables, strategic goal, control system and interpersonal relationship can improve the level of job satisfaction. Part of the organizational culture that contain basic company rules, customs, norms that applies in daily basis also influence the level of job satisfaction. This research will explain about the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture towards the worker’s job satisfaction in PT. Laneige Indonesia. The use of linear regression will show the positive connection and significantly related within all variables of organizational commitment and organizational culture toward the job satisfaction in PT. Laneige Indonesia. Between those two variables that were mentioned above, organizational commitment has a stronger and dominant influence upon job satisfaction. On the other hand, organizational commitment and organizational culture were partially proven that both variable has a positive influence and significant relationship upon worker’s job satisfaction in di PT. Laneige Indonesia.
