This research aimed to examine the effect of burnout and job satisfaction towards organizational commitment of the elementary school teachers of Sang Timur in West Jakarta. To examine these variables, researcher conducted a questionnaire, distributed to those 34 elementary school teachers. The approach used in the determination of this sample is a non-probability sampling by convenience sampling technique where the entire population were included in the sample. Through multiple regression analysis conducted, researchers found no significant effect. The result became so based on the results of F test and T test in multiple regression analysis which showed that no significant effect of burnout on organizational commitment variable, as job satisfaction variables also did not significantly influence organizational commitment. |
