The Purpose of this research is in order to analyze the influence of performance Affectivity with the level of satisfaction of management and the influence of human resource with the level of satisfaction of management also the influence of performance Affectivity and quality of human resource collectively with the level of satisfaction of management in PT. ZZZ. With this research be hoped PT. ZZZ can know more seriously about deficiency and the contrary of it that be owned so that it can become as the reference in repairing and more increasing about performance of employee also quality of human resource that be owned in order to reach standard of level of satisfaction and level of managerial. This research be done by distributing the questioner in level of top management of PT. ZZZ convenience sampling technique Total of questioner that be distributed and be collected again is 30 sheet. With this questioner, be divided into 3 questioner namely questioner that observe the measurement of performance, questioner that observe the measurement of human resource , and questioner that observe the measurement of level of satisfaction of management in PT.
