The government step in converting oil energy into gas, lately makes pro and contra both in the practice and the result of its self, many steps have been done by the government to fix every problem that may occurs because of this program. Because of that, there is some need of one kind of analysis as the benchmark to compare with the target setted before. According to identification of efficiency agent level in distribution system, hopely continuos improvement can be accieved and a better working rhythm from each agent. In this research to get the efficiency number from each agent, finded using DEA method or data envelopment analysis method, several benefit from DEA are can measure the efficiency number from each DMU, which is 3kg LPG PT PERTAMINA agent, by using frontally input and output factor from each DMU and the benefit also the weakness from this methods that this analysis is one kind of relative analysis not an absolute analysis, so this analysis doesn’t measure maksimum number that every DMU should get, but if this analysis do continuously, it will make the improvement by the process we called continuous improvement. LPG is one kind of a non traded goods, which is the measures on public things or the things that doesn’t have specific market, can be measured by using this DEA method. Beside that, on having the better results and deeper analysis, used hierarchy to eliminate the discrimination feelingof each factor if we compare every agent, the 7P’s with their focus in extended marketing mix and 5 whys from TPS used in this research to have the better result in analyzing actual condition and the source of the root problem and presented by the fish bone more attractively, and the 3 kinds of improvement can be accieved by using 3 focuses, output maximization, input minimization and both input and output focus. |
