Atma Jaya is one of the higher education institutions are currently developing information technology. Surely this information technology will bring changes to working methods that had been applied at Atma Jaya. These changes, one of its greatest impact will be felt by the employees. The application of information technology will assist employees in doing their jobs by reducing the limitations it has. But to what extent the influence of information systems (especially computer-based) to the satisfaction of one's work still needs further investigation. This is due to job satisfaction a person who uses information systems are influenced by many factors, both directly and indirectly. A university consists of several sections and departments responsible in their fields, where these elements are managed by humans.
