This study aims to determine the effect of socialization on perceptions, understanding, and action 3kg LPG use of consumers ie residents who have been given the conversion of kerosene to LPG as well as its influence on changes in fuel use decisions. Research object is the citizens who receive sosisalisasi kerosene to LPG in DKI Jakarta (excluding Kab. Administration Thousand Islands). A total of 400 data samples taken from 5 areas in Jakarta. The data collection is done by filling the questionnaire to the respondent. The method used in this study is correlational method is a method that seeks to examine the extent to which variation in a variable related to variations in other variables by using a crosstab test. In this case the extent to which the influence of respondent characteristics 3kg LPG users in Jakarta to the understanding of the socialization of kerosene to LPG given 3kg. In addition this study also used hypothesis testing via the spearman correlation. To test the significant level of influence of socialization variables for kerosene to LPG 3 kg to 3kg LPG use of decision variables. The results showed there is the influence of socialization kerosene to LPG 3kg to changing decision 3kg LPG fuel use. Significance of correlation can be seen by comparing the value of the probability given SPSS. If the probability> 0.05, H0 is rejected, if the probability of <0.05 then H0 is accepted. In the output above shows the correlation data that correlates significantly, has a 0.081coefficient values greater than 0.05 or 0.081> 0.05 H1 accepted which states that there is a significant relationship between the socialization of kerosene to LPG 3kg to changes making use of LPG fuel 3kg.
