Abstract
The concept of employment bonus, employee performance and job satisfaction is related to each other. The correlation between employment bonus and job satisfaction is also effected by company policy. If the company policy support the employee, the employee are likely to have job satisfaction to company. The research is analizing correlation pattern between bonus variables , employee performance level and job satisfaction in PT. Cipta Mortar Utama The data was collected incindentally at random from 150 samples and analized by using lisrel program 8.70. The analysis result revealed that the value of employment bonus to employee performance and job satisfaction is negatively. The employee performance is significantly and positively affected toward job satisfaction.
