Abstract
PT. Triteguh Manunggal Sejati is a company engaged in the field of food andbeverages, especially producing jelly. At this time, PT Triteguh Manunggal Sejatito improve services, especially in order to avoid delays in orders and market demand is increasing. Therefore the company feels there is need for improvement in the warehouse without the need for expansion of the warehouse because it has no area for the expansion. In this thesis, the writer trie to design and suggest new layout finished good warehouse PT. Triteguh Manunggal Sejati is a method of Fuzzy C-Means Clustering and Storage Dedicated methods so no need for expansion of the warehouse. In terms of structuring the layout Warehouse thing to do first is to determine the extent warehouse, warehouse capacity, the data demand of finished products,and the in –out frequency. After that, the next step is to regulate the flow of products to be more optimal. Proposed repairs using the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering Methode and Dedicated Storage method. In the warehouse initial conditions, company not yet considered any area of the product flow so cost of material handling displacmemnt is unknown. In this study, cost of displacement for Dedicated Storage method is Rp. 16,403,275.20 and the cost of displacement for Fuzzy C-Means Clustering methode is Rp. 16,728,297.30
