The trend of the economic system based on Sharia is steadily increasing. One of its form is so-called "Sukuk" or Sharia securities paper. By the enactment of Law No. 19 Year 2008 concerning State Sharia Commercial Paper (Surat Berharga Syariah Negara/SBSN), Sharia commercial paper finds its legal legitimacy. The uniqueness of SBSN is its transferability from ownership right to utilization right. The state property as listed in SBSN is registered as Government's right of ownership, and the utilization of that property is fully the right for the SBSN holder. The transfer of SBSN is not allowed by the transfer of the ownership right but only the transfer of such property as listed in SBSN
