Economic trend based on sharia is growing, signaled by the increase number of customer choosing sharia banking. With the implementation of the dual banking system allowinh conventional commercial bank to provide sharia services, it leads several commercial bank to give sharia banking service to attract the customer. The establishment of sharia banking service is conducted byway of acquisition and conversation mechanism. The problem arised is whether this method is purely based on on the obejective of the sharia itself if the sharia banking unit is till under management of conventional commercial banking, or whether the separation method between conventional commercial bank and sharia bank is necessary to purify in managing sharia banking whose duty not only as intermediary institution but also as mandate holder of financial and social intermediary institution.
