Organization culture determines a successful accounting system application. It ensures a standardized application of all components of the accounting system. Buliding a strong Organization Culture will only be successful when it involves all organization members. In fact PT. XYZ implements an ambiguity accounting system. It caused by PT. XYZ is failed to build a strong Organization Culture, Boss is the only one who build the Organization Culture. There fore it can not assist the sense-making process, can not increase the sense of belonging of all organization members, and can not be a social control.
