| PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. NUSAMETAL Division is a company engaged in the field of die casting industry. currently the company has only one supplier of ingots, which is the main raw material. At this time the company is experiencing increased demand and the supplier is currently difficult to meet the needs of ingots. For that reason, the company adds a new supplier to fulfill needs of ingots. The company has three new suppliers, namely PT. EXEDY Indonesia, PT.Alcarindo, and PT. Alloy Alumindo Abadi. At this time, the company wants to divide the reservation based on the type of ingots with a new system. In order to do this division, the company has four criteria: quality, payment, delivery and price. For processing this data, researchers used a questionnaire with pairwise comparisons as well as historical data about the performance of the four suppliers that will be used by the company. Supplier selection process is using Analytic Network Process (ANP) which is the development of the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). ANP method is able to repair the weaknesses of the AHP method. ANP method is able to accommodate the interconnection between criteria or alternatives. Linkage ANP method there are 2 types of linkages in a set of elements (innerdependence) and the linkages between different elements (outer dependence). From calculations using the ANP method and selected suppliers for ingot type AC 4 B are: PT. Rejeki Intilogam Jaya, PT. Alcarindo, PT. EXEDY, PT.
