Isi artikel
Students in a multicast first year university nursing course rated their teachers and courses, described their approach to learning in that course, and responded to a question providing an indicator of qualitative differences in learning outcomes. Relationships between the variables suggest that students have higher quality learning outcomes in those classes where teaching and courses were highly rated. This appears to validate the rating of teaching and courses by students. The results also support earlier studies demonstrating the validity of student ratings when the approaches to learning adopted by students are used as a criterion.
