As we know Tuberculosis (TB) in number three killer of Indonesia people after India and China, every year we can find 539.000 new cases, and 101.000 date cases because of TB. The new strategy to eliminate TB is DOTS, but we can see when we use DOTS strategy the case finding can not turn low but always up and up again, to optimize cure the TB patient we can us Hospital Dots Linkage (HDL) is a strategy to cure the tuberculosis patient, components of HDL are Internal Linkage is a Hospital Commitment to cure TB patient with all of their recourses, and External Linkage is a link between Health Office, Hospital, Primary Health Care and other Health Center to cure the TB patient with DOTS strategy.
