Abstract
Along with the increased quality of education in the world, each university should be able to optimize its image in order to survive and face the competition in the academic world, one image of the university is generally demonstrated through work performance by the people who are in it, where in the world of education the teachers of course become the main benchmark. One of the factors that affect work performance is the lecturers Organizational Culture perceived by lecturers. Lecturers of Industrial Engineering Indonesia Atma Jaya Catholic University on this occasion as an object of study because they has the variable that enough to do the research on relevant objectives. This study aims to identify the influence of existing organizational culture on IT Lecturers on the generated Work Performance. Measuring instruments used in the form of questionnaires with data processing tools PLS (Partial Least Square). PLS has the ability to identify effect and relationship between indicators of the Organizational Culture and Work Performance constructs. The results of this study indicate that the role of Organizational Culture on Work Performance is there, and there are indicators that have validity and reliability is good enough, but there are some indicators that do not have a relationship and influence with the construct. This study also shows that Cultural Organization is not entirely positive effect on work performance. As a result of the fact that the Cultural Indicators Organizations that have a direct influence on the Performance Work Organization Culture Lecturer is the kind of Power Concentration and Impunity simultaneously have a positive impact on the study, which also produced the same negative effect on the reduction carried out in cooperation abroad This indicates that organizational culture that is felt by the IT Lecturers need of more attention to be improved which work performance can be achieved as desired.
