Every member of the WTO is entitled to take advantage of the WTO dispute settlement of its international disputes. For such purpose The Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) is established by the WTO based on yhe Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing Settlement Understanding (DSU). This essay elaborates the dispute settlement system and some recent cases brought to the DSB.
