Many issues, such as the caring of living space, human rights, turbulence, demonstration, war, bomb terror, and politic moments, were often estimated as the rising of stock price fluctuation factors at stock exchanges in the world. More important the functions of stock exchange at economy activities, more sensitive the stock exchange at economy issues. There were two important security moments that influenced stock exchange trading directly-Jakarta Stock Exchange Building Explosion on September 13, 2000 at 3.20 pm, and Bali Explosion bomb on October 12, 2002 at 11.15 pm. Those moments caused all stock exchange were commotion throughout the world and it made the rising of stock price fluctuation highly.
