On this thesis, the object of the research is PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. The empirical analysis is using financial report data samples-per-quarter that only limited to the period 2003 until the year 2008 and only seen from the banking side and is not focused on the macroeconomic side. This research were using analytical method of simple linear regression equation test, multiple linear regression equation test , the coefficient of multiple determination test and significance test of the coefficient of multiple determination. Current economic situation tends to make loans be one of a more favorite products and make it as a support for the advancement of a bank, besides many other factors such as an income that not from the core activities but can affect revenues. Results from this study are expected to be able to explain the tendency of non-performing loans and non operating income may affect revenues.
