Abstract
This study is conducted to find out the correlation of Transformational Leadership Behavior toward Working Motivation. The latent variables then derived into several Variables Indicators based on theories. The theories used in this research is Bass (2003) for Transformational Leadership Behavior and McClelland (1987) for Working Motivation. The subject of this research is all of the employees of Marketing Division Of Customer Good Products Of PT.L’Oreal Indonesia. The data is collected from questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The method used in this research is Structural EQUATION Modelling ( SEM ) Method which is conducted with the assistance of LISREL 8.51 Software, the validity test used in this research is conducted using Item Man Sofare and the reliability test conducted in this research is conducted using SPSS Software. After data processing phase, the model is interpreted. And the output of the research indicates that there is a possitive and significant effect of transformational leadership behavior towards working motivation. Some variable indicators have significant effect in defining their Latent Variables while some variable indicators do not have significant effects.
