Photocopy is one of the important facilities to be available at a university to support the college students and all stakeholders in the university. Photocopy centre to be important for students because of more advanced technology also makes students more than happy to photocopy notes during lectures. In addition to photocopy services, students are also in desperate need of services - other services that is binding, transparencies, softcover or hardcover for college. Atma Jaya Catholic University is one university with a rather large number of students. A large number of existing students, causing a variety of facilities to support the lectures should be provided, one of which is a photocopy. This study aims to determine students' desire to a photocopy centre in the campus of Atma Jaya Semanggi and student preferences in choosing a place that can provide a copy of the proposed marketing strategy for a copy of the Library Service (Viltek) to make it better. The method used in this study is to calculate the value - average consumer preference, Conjoint analysis which gives a utility value of each - each level of each attribute and the level of importance - each attribute, and SWOT analysis for marketing strategy. Results of data processing in mind that student preferences in choosing the photocopy centre is strongly influenced by the length of queue attributes that are known from the level of interest the length queue attribute a high of 51.85%. The combination of attributes that are most desired by respondents is the photocopy centre with locations such as Mailshop, price Rp 1 0 - Rp 125, providing photocopying and binding services, queue length <5 people, and good with good quality fast service or clear result. To overcome this, it is proposed marketing strategy for the Library Service or Viltek photocopy the form of additional types of service, to maintain quality of services such as yield and speed of service. |
