This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation on the performance of employees in PT. INARI. Unlike other glass companies, the production of PT. INARI is done manually (handmade) that require precision. So therefore, the quality of products produced by the thoroughness and is very dependent of employees skills. Employee's performance is influenced by many factors, two of them, transformational leadership style and achievement motivation. The subject of this research is all employees of PT. INARI, amounting to 116 employees. This study used the method of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Structural equation method used in this study are based on theories that have been there before, where the variables and indicators contained in this structural model developed. Processing the raw data in this study conducted with LISREL 8.51 software. From the data processing, the score Goodness of Fit model is good enough so that the model can be accepted and can be interpreted. The results are transformational leadership has positive influence on employees performance, but the achievement motivation did not affect the performance of employees. indicator with the largest contribution to each variable is involving followers in decision making and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of followers to the variables of transformational leadership, feedback for the variable of achievement motivation, and discipline for the variable employees performance. |
