Abstract
PT XYZ is a company that give service in Bussiness process outsourcing and produce content provider in Telecomunication.in this time the companies realize that human resources is an asset to the company's most important resources.because through other resources is people can function. and to improve performance the companies trying to increase the productivity of human resources.one thing can be done is by considering employees' job
satisfaction factor.
The purpose of the holding of this research is to measure the level of employee performance based on factors in job satisfaction.so the companies know the level of employee job satisfaction.the writer expect that company can be quickly and precisely perform repairs to the factors of low job satisfaction.
In the present study will use questionnaires to measure levels of employee performance.and the questionnairres will be used was the satisfaction questionnaire and important questionnaires .which include 10 employee satisfaction factors, the data obtained will be processed with SPSS version 17.method processing and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results from this study that states that the level of employee satisfaction in the PT XYZ is satisfaction.factors that influence the level of job satisfaction on the employee performance of PT XYZ is salary,Regulation and Procedure Operational, Preasure and work Condition, Relationship between Manager and Staff, Colleage, Recognition and Award.
