Abstract
Mobile industry is one industry that continues to advance and develop until today. Mobile
industry in its development raises such a high competition between the companies engaged in it. In the face of competition that happens, quality is seen as a competitive strategy variables to be able to survive in the market through increased customer loyalty. It is recognized that the existence of product quality and high service will be able to raise the reputation, adding customer satisfaction,
and improve financial performance and profitability of the company. However, the lack of an
illustration of how the quality of product and service quality in influencing consumer loyalty in the
mobile industry is still a problem to be able to make quality as a strategic variable for the new
competition. Nokia as one of the manufacturers of mobile phones will be used as study material in
order to solve the problem. To solve this problem to find an alternative solution with the method of
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In this method the data will be processed and examined using
path analysis in order to solve the research hypothesis. Phases in the SEM is started by forming a measurement model. The variables of quality products and service quality and loyalty will be tested through Confimatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and also Latent Variable Score (LVS). In testing the
measurement model will be tested against the overall suitability of the research model as well as
construct validity and reliability of the research model. Measurement model that has been through
phases of testing will be used for testing the structural model. Structural model is the description of causal relationships among latent variables in SEM studies. Structural model can be analyzed to
solve the research hypotheses through observation on the value of the T-value and coefficient
parameters of the path contained in the path diagram. Based on the research note that service quality has a significant influence on loyalty, as well as quality products that also significantly influence
customer loyalty. Moreover, it can also be seen that service quality affects product quality significantly, which means that consumer opinions about the level of product quality to increase or decrease is influenced by the level of service quality.
