Abstract
One of the fundamental aspects of a company's operations is the performance management and continuous improvement. Likewise, in supply chain management performance measurement required supply chain performance. This research made the
development of the Balanced Scorecard model is used for measuring supply chain performance in the internal supply chain PT. Indoeement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk.
Performance measurement system that was developed based on supply chain strategy. Supply chain strategy is derived from the existing corporate strategy at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Therefore this study conducted in strategic deployment of business strategy to supply chain strategy. In accordance with a strategy focused organization of all activities within a company must be based on the existing strategy.
The Balanced Scorecard is used in this research because the basic concept that was developed to translate a vision, mission, and strategy of the company into the determination of objectives and scorecard measures. The results of this research is the development of the Balanced Scorecard model is used for measuring supply chain performance, which is used to set the strategy, develop a framework, and obtained twenty-five key performance indicators.
