Abstract
Industrial Engineering Departement of Atmajaya University is one of the education service company. Performance measurement is the key position in this company because we not only having a line on wich the eficiency and deficiency factor of the company but it can be a frame of reference to make a periodic correction action to reach the define target in the future.
Today, the departement of Industrial Engineering was already committed the performance
measurement but not all of the stakeholders was accommodate.
Performance Prism method want to explain that the performance of a company is must be a strive to answer the stakeholder satisfaction with enggaging all of the stakeholder. The design of Performance Prism method on Industrial Engineering departement is standing by five phase. The phase is stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder contribution, strategy, proces and capability. By the Performance Prism measurement we can be done the identification of stakeholder satisfaction and stakeholder contribution in performance component indicator of the strategy, proces and capability. Performance Prism measurement was composed by three stage, the weight of Pairwise Comparison questionaire, value of indicator and value of the
performance measurement.
The results of pairwise comparison questionnaire here reveal that the strategy is the most important stage (52,9 %), followed by capability stage (30,9 %), and process stage (16,2 %). Performance value measurement based on Performance Prism method in 2010 reveals that the performance value is 3,869 (good).
