| Tri Dharma Wisesa is one of Indonesia biggest manufacture entreprise. It has a lot of problems but one of the important matters is quality control that makes high cost of the defect products. This problem had been happening at Quality Control Division, R4 machining area. Based on that problem, researcher wants to identified the variance of the defect and propose several alternative strategies. Then, researcher applies SPC (Statistic Process Control) methods and some alternative strategies. This method is used for minimize not only the nu mber of defects but also the defects cost. |
