Abstract
Pushing the rate of innovation of a company to compete, both at the local, national, and global
environment, it is not easy to implement in an empirical level. Innovation is not something simple and also not a magic recipe that can be obtained easily by any organization that has a disease with similar symptoms of low competitiveness. An industry needs a thorough strategic business plan intensively to maintain their presence in the industry. The standard preparation process can be done is the appearance of ideas, idea screening, testing and development concept, development strtategi marketing, product development, test marketing, and commercialization. So hopefully there will be a innovative products that can win the competition.
It is said that 99% of the entire strategy is its implementation and 1% are the inspiration for his invention that needs to be managed appropriately and quickly run private.
Management strategies are all decisions taken in choosing a strategy and implement it so that when the integrated management of innovation strategy that is relevant then it is likely to be higher
competitiveness.
Results obtained after doing research found that the strategy chosen by the innovating PT.Platoon
International is a modification of the product re slippers, this strategy has advantages such as no need for huge funds to educate consumers in determining the choice of sandals and savings in conducting market research sandals are market behavior are quite costly. After that is marketed at a price lower than competitors because it allows to find suppliers of raw materials with the lowest price while still maintaining the quality that consumers still choose products PT.Platoon International as slippers choice.
