Isi artikelDevelopments associated with three pluralizing infixes and with subtractive pluralization in the Muskogean languages of the southeastern United States are examined for evidence of subgrouping within the family. Plural developments lend further support to Swanton's Southern and Munro's Southwestern subgroups.
