The matter of concern regarding transmigration at present and the future isn't so much the question of the area from which the transmigrants originate or their being sent out, as a question concerning the area which receives them. The problems involved are :(1) Cumbersome and poorly coordinates bureaucratic procedures: (2) A weak marketing chain: (3) Poor soil productivity: (4) A lack of the main requirements for basic living: (5) The ignoring of sociocultural factors: (6) A limited quantity and quality of soil in the new area.
