If your refrigerator breaks down, it is a simple enough job to repair it. But if there is a leak in a nuclear power plant, what can be done? From the point of view of the economy and the environment, nuclear power plants represent an unsatisfactory alternative for Indonesia. Indonesia needs to develop two other alternatives: soft-path energy and non-nuclear power plants which depend on our own natural resources.
