Abstract
Technological advances in technology and rapid information currently provides much convenience for the users of information in obtaining the required information. Track III Student Affairs Faculty of Engineering, Atma Jaya is one example of a place where a lot of information and data information are stored. The data stored is composed of various groups of data. There are eight types of groups of data that can be identified in this study. Data on student activities, administration of SME funding, the administration of incoming and outgoing mail, alumni data, tax assessment data, records internship / work practices, and data on student scholarships. All
data is managed by the secretariat staff who specialize in Student Affairs.
Starting from the number of data managed by the Student Affairs, in this final will be a program that can allow users, both the secretariat staff (admin) in managing data, and also a lecturer (Vice Dean III) and the student as a user in accessing information required. In preparation of this thesis is used as the programming language PHP, and MySQL as database server and the SQL for accessing it.
Proposed Information System Database On Track III Student Affairs Faculty of Engineering, Atma Jaya Catholic University, is made with reference to a web-based system and is expected to assist the users in accessing information quickly and accurately, and to be more developed in the future.
