Archiving or documentation which is still done manually likely will lead to the possibility ofrepetition of data, complicates thejob when the data is one with the other data related to each other, and the ownership ofscattered data. But with the advancement in information technology, manual operation of the system was slowly replaced with a computerized system. Apart because of the presence of computer technology increasingly makes humans in processing information, also facilitate the human presence in the document, calling and looking back that has been stored, and also expand the network of information exchange between individuals wherever located. Within BPPS Atma Jaya, a form processing, archiving and data-piping the entire data is still done manually by eachparty that are directly related to the form and must go through lengthy bureaucratic. Lengthy bureaucracy coupled with irregular data documentation causes job completion time in a rather long BPPS and not infrequently when there is incoming mail that is not detected so late to be processed. Absence ofa computerized system that regulates howpiping and storing data in a structured manual system causing BPPS needa new system which was replaced by computerized, computerized data system that is packaged and integrated in a system ie information system. Had never done the design and manufacture of integrated information system between all parts of the BPPS make these activities need to be done by involving all relevant departments within the scope ofwork BPPS. |
