Symptoms of the economu are discussed, such as economic change, inflation ang unemployment within the scope of a country. Macro economy is the best way to analyze the influence of policy targets. The aim of this study is to find the influences that occurred in the related policy changes implemented with an investment value and agricultural value of the government budget in Indonesia. Results are expected in this study is able to provide a picture of the impact the implementation of agricultural policy changes in the balance between sectors in Indonesia. The study was conducted on the condition of balance among the sectors in Indonesia are simulated using Computable General Equilibrium or CGE. Research carried out by using the data of Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) of Indonesia and the Input Output Table of Indonesia in 2005. The primary data obtained from the Biro Pusat Statistik are processed in accordance with the needs of the research. From the SAM classification 107x107, conducted penggelompokkan into 7 main sectors and make modifications to the main accounts. With reference to CGE models to study International Food Policy Research Intitute, or IFPRI in 2002, the use of mathemathicals models as an input for policy simulation in the General Algebraic Modeling System software or GAMS version 23.5.1.0 become easier. The output of this Gams software used to analyze the effects of policy changes on the accounts in the SAM of Indonesia. Simulations performed with three different policy scenarios. The first scenario by increasing the valuof agricultural investment. The second scenario by increasing the value of the agricultural budget. The third scenario by increasing the value of investments and the value of the agricultural budget. The result is the production of each relevant sector provides a variety of the changes.
