PT.X is a company which actives in the construction of gas pipeline installation for factories and households. This company almost domineer all of the gas pipelines’s network in Indonesia. This project can be divided into fifteen interrelated activities. If there is have a delayed project when preparing the right way of pipes, move the welding equipment, and backfill the soil, so will be affect to the working time for the next activities. It is causes due to various factors such as weather factor, human factor, and equipment factor. When conducting a series of activities, then must make a diagram connections in the advance to find the installation’s steps of the pipeline project activities. Each project is almost not on time to completing an activity. Then to make a problem solving, we are using PERT – CPM method for evaluate the activities, to know which one is the causes of the overall delayed project. And by counting forward and backward calculations, we can specify the considered critical and uncritical activities. So it can know the expected time to complete all of the work activities in the gas pipeline project process. Based on the time required for the overall progress, need twenty five days to complete this project. Then we can know the totally budget for equipment rent is Rp 138.305.000 and for staff fee is Rp 384.950.000. |
