The performance evaluation done in order to find out how the performance has been done and then do the repair effort if necessary. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that manufactures lightweight bricks. One of the main raw material of bricks is a lime light. The company currently has three suppliers of lime that is SJK, BL, and BM. All three suppliers have different characteristics - different both in terms of their raw materials or any other criteria. Supplier performance rating system that the company is still very simple so that in this study about the development of the proposed performance appraisal system more systematic. The performance evaluation conducted on the three suppliers using PROMETHEE method with temperature criteria, lime, lime temperature attainment time, fineness of lime, compliance with the scheduled time, service, price, and reject rates. Selection criteria - these criteria are based on discussions with the company and based on a review of existing literature. The weight of each criterion is determined using the method of Entropy. Selection of the use of PROMETHEE and Entropy method in this study because the method PROMETHEE and Entropy both very well in taking into account the characteristics of data. The results of this study is assessment of performance among suppliers based on criteria - criteria that is superior to anything between each supplier and eventually found the comparison criteria - criteria among suppliers. By knowing the ratio is the criteria - criteria that are lacking either owned by the supplier to do business to improve it. When viewed from the best suppliers on the basis of sequence data processing using the PROMETHEE method is obtained: SJK suppliers are the best suppliers and suppliers BL in the second and the last is a supplier of BM.
