There seems to be a strong tendency that there is no opportunity for housing the poor in cities. It may caused by some internal factors such as, their existance are not legal, restricted accesses, assets and income, as well as the low standard of organization and integration. Besides, that, there are also external factors such as the structure of the cities' planning which corner the poor and various bias paradigmas which do not touch the reality and the problem of the poor.
