The phrase "Practical knowledge" could mean two different things: the spontaneous "Knowledge without observation" that, accouding to Elizabeth Anscombe and Stuart Hampshire, we have of what we are doing intentionally and , at least sometimes, of what we are going todo ; or store a commonsense idea:: that his is not a mere ambiguity and that these forms of knowledge are intimetely connected. it is knowledge how that explain the otherwise troubling possibility of knowledge in intentional action and of the knowledge embodied in our prospective intentions.
