This research aims to analyze the influence of website service quality on students’ satisfaction as users of web-based online academic administration service at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Hopefully by this research we can acknowledge not only the most affecting service variable but also variables that need to be improved to guarantee students’ satisfaction. Research was done using questionnaire to collect data from students who have done their academic administration via web-based online application. Sampling method used is convenience sampling and the amount of questionnaire spread is 100. The questionnaire use Likert scale (1 to 5) on every answer of each question which involved a few variables, such as reliability, responsiveness, conviction, empathy, physical form of academic administration website, and students’ satisfaction as users of the facility. The result showed that website service quality which consists a few variables: reliability, responsiveness, conviction, empathy, and physical form of academic administration website influenced the variable of users’ satisfaction significantly at 77.3%. Also, partially, all the variables above except empathy gave significant effect to the variable that influenced students’ satisfaction. From the research, it is known that the most important variable in improving users’ satisfaction is responsiveness variable as it gave effect significantly at 54.9%, so that Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia must improve performance particularly on this service variable to maintain students’ satisfaction. |
