DKI Jakarta province have the potential of sufficient resources, resources sector secondary and tertiary sectors. This resource has a great opportunity to be increase. The purpose of this research is: First, to examine factors that affect the job market, investment and tertiary sector’s income. Second, to foresee the impact of the economic policy to labor market, investment and tertiary sector’s income in the province of DKI Jakarta yearof 2007-2010. Results of research indicate that economic policy toward the labor market investment and wages of DKI Jakarta is still dominated tertiary sector. The factors that affect the job market of the tertiary sector are labor market, labor absorbent, Wages, Income and Investment. Labor market is influenced by the regional minimum wage, the number of productive population, the number of people not productive, and economic crisis dummy. Labor absorbent sector tertiary is influenced by the wage sector, investment, regional cross domestic product, and trend.Wages tertiary is influenced by the interest rate credit bank loans, local taxes, regional domestic product and gross regional provinces DKI Jakarta affected by the absorption of labor, investment and development expenditure in the tertiary sector. DKI Jakarta government policy is to increase the labor market, employment, wage, investment and income with the exercise increased the minimum wage regional Jakarta, development expenditure in the tertiary sector to make policy or increase the minimum wage regional Jakarta, local taxes, development expenditures and a decrease in the interest rate credit loans. Policy is doing to reduce unemployment in the province of DKI Jakarta.
