Basically, customers would be satisfied as soon as they received value commensurate with their sacrifice. Intako Tanggulangin, as a producer of genuine leather bags attached great importance to keeping a high quality. THis effort had been carried out by means of cutting design process in the production of leather bag office using Six Sigma methods. This case study was conducted by interviews, observation and documentation based on variable data concerning the front side, back side, near front side, near back side and chain. The company also succeeded in cost reduction and had met the customers need. Although the company have good process capability and technological made, it must be supported by cutting down the quantity of reject to a zero defect level such as quality control with attributive data and increasing of human resources ability toward process production.
