Customer satisfaction should be attentive to every company, therefore to reach the high level of customer satisfaction, it needs an understanding of what is the customer needs or wants and developing people’s commitment who got involved in the organization in order to fulfill this needs. Total Quality Management is one of the method that used by the company to raise the company’s performance in creating company’s competitive advantages, where the purpose of this TQM is to give satisfaction not only to the customer but also to give it to the others that involved in the organization. The research has been done in PT Information Data System which proceed in the construction services. To test if the TQM can increase the work performance and create the competitive advantages of PT. Information Data System, some research have been done by using the survey of data taken from 117 people who have positions as project managers and operations director of PT. Information DataSystem. The test research has been done by using the method of Structural Equation Model. The tests that were used are validity test, normality test, goodness of fit test, and hypothesis test. The use of TQM system in PT. Information Data System proved that it could raise the work performance of PT Information Data System and could create the competitive advantages of PT Information Data System. |
