The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of motivation, leadership, work discipline through worker's behavior that is influenced by especially, the teacher's performance of senior high school in West Surabaya. The background of this research concerning the teacher profession is very strategic because the teacher is responsible for giving knowledge for teenagers. Besides that, he is needed to show high discipline in order to guide the students for becoming qualified young generations. Therefore, a teacher's good work will be crated if the surrounding and intrinsic or extrinsic values have been met proportionally. This reach uses 125 teachers from private senior high schools. The population were SMA Tamansiswa, SMA Trikarya, SMA Sari Praja and SMA PGRI 1. The researcher used four school because of the limited time and cost. SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) is employed by using Analysis of moment structure program of amos 5,0. The result of the research shows that motivation, leadership, work discipline through worker's attitude are influenced by the teacher's work in private schoolds especially in West Surabaya.
