The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Talent Management in an employee’s performance. In addition, it is also to find out the role of Talent Management in the company as well as the affecting factors toward the Talent Management. The method of this research is through census in order to find out the primary data. The samples of the research were managers and above. The objects of the research are companies which applied Talent Management surveyed by Swa and Warta Ekonomi Magazines in 2006 and others. There were 100 questioners in total that were given out, and of this number, 80 questioners were returned. The returned questioners were counted as samples. Validity and Reliability tests were done to ensure that the instruments of this research were accurate and trustable. Simple linier regression analysis was used to know the influence between independent variable (Talent Management) towards dependent variable (Performance of employee). The result of this research shows that Talent Management significantly affected the performance of employee in the company with value of F = 27,182 and p-value = 0.000 and R square or coefficients determination 0.258. |
