Business nowadays face a dynamic change which has a lot of threats, opportunities, and tight competition. Effective entrepreneurs need to manage the changes systematically well planned so that the business will be qualified and different from the others, in which can be more specific and productive. The objective of this research is to describe and to know further the effective entrepreneur profile and its role in business. The methods used are library and field research. The result shows that the effective entrepreneur profile are smart and good entrepreneur and has double role that can be as a manager and as a leader.
