He underlines that the message being compared in the translated version should give the same impact on the target language when it is compared to the source language. A translation means nothing to the Indonesian readers if it does not convey the original message and the meaning. He also says that translation product is a media of communication between two languages and two cultures to the readers. As a communicator, a translation product can not miss or omit any meaning of the message that the figurative language carry from English into Bahasa Indonesia.
