In this research, a developing model was used to differentiate student’s Tuition Fees based on the economical condition of their parents. Parents who have higher economical condition have to donate more than others. According to Kotler and Andreasen (2008), a strategy concept for nonprofit organization should be applied because there are three consideration factors such as costoriented, demand-oriented and competition-oriented. The model was applied to Tuition Fees S1 UNIKA ATMA JAYA Jakarta because about 96.96% of total students studied there are going to accomplish their bachelor degree. The amount of Tuition Fees was determined since they entered the college. The focus of this research is the development of optimization models to determine Tuition Fees for new students. There are three consideration used for Tuition Fees S1 UNIKA ATMA JAYA determination: economical condition of parents, educational fee in UNIKA ATMA JAYA, and Tuition Fees in other competitive university. Therefore, the information of the average of parent’s income and willingness to pay Tuition Fees and the amount of Tuition Fees in other private university such as Trisakti and UNTAR was needed for data completion. The results shows that the average of students parent’s income in S1 UNIKA ATMA JAYA per month and the willingness to pay the Tuition Fees per year and the highest of the Tuition Fees S1 from college competitor and model solutions obtained from model development in the form of the determination of fees for four faculties namely Engineering, Economics, Law, and Psychology can be seen in the report . |
