| Sheet roofing has many differences profile and thickness model. The models are made for some purpose, such as to resist forces. To proof the sheet roof design we have to make some test. For this scientific test, it will be design and built a Single Ply Roof Test. It took AS4040.1 for a standard test. Foot step force and wind force will simulate with weights. It is made from steel and it can be adjust from 10 kg to 100 kg. This machine are consists steel structure with length x width x height: 1.9 m x 1m x 1.9m and for a weights mechanism, it use a 1/2 PK electrical motor driven and for the movement it control with a switch timer. The weights mechanism also equip with dynamic force. The result is proof that the construction can be use for testing a sheet roof with a static and dynamic force. |
