Abstract
uncertainty, fear, and doubt. This situation triggers conflicts within an institution. Although plan has been well set , if conflicts happen, the goal of the institution cannot be fulfill. Considering the difficult economic situation in Indonesia, many institutions try their best to improve their employees’ performance to keep going on well. On the other side, the demand of the institution can create uncomfortable situations and stress among their employees. The goal of this research is to prove the influence of conflict and stress as independent variable toward performance of employees at Saint Theresia School – Yayasan Ananta Bhakti Jakarta as dependent variable. The influence of conflict and stress are proof partially and (commonly) using simple regression analysis method and multiple linier regression. The simple linier regression analysis is intended to see whether conflicts influence performance result score F = 5.353 and P-value = 0.023 which is lower than a = 0.05, so that P =value shows that conflict as independent variable significantly influences the performance Employee as dependent variable. From simple linier regression analysis to see whether the stress influence the performance, result F = 4.001 and P-value = 0.048 which is lower than a = 0.05, so that P-value shows stress as independent variable significantly influence the employee performance as dependent variable. Multiple linier regression analysis to examine whether both conflict and stress influence performance, result F = 6.751 and P-value = 0.002 which is lower than a = 0.05, so that from P-value we can see that both conflict and stress as independent variable, significantly influence employees’ performance as dependent variable.
